Timothy Kadlec

Tim Kadlec leads the Legacy Bridge team as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer. With decades of investment strategy and policy knowledge, Tim is leading the establishment of the investment process, as well as managing analytics and security selection, helping Legacy Bridge families protect their wealth and achieve their financial goals.

Throughout his career, Tim has managed consolidated investment portfolios for affluent families, private foundations and endowments, as well as corporations. Tim oversaw a team of investment managers at Wells Fargo Private Bank that managed nearly $3 billion in assets. He was also a voting member of the Fiduciary Investment Committee, responsible for setting policy and oversight for the overall Fiduciary business of the company.

After earning his degree in business administration and economics from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, IA, Tim began as a Portfolio Manager at Wells Fargo. Over the course of 20 years, he became a Senior Investment Strategist, personally managing investment activities for 125 clients and assets in excess of $700 million.

While Tim brings a wealth of knowledge to clients through investment management, his core strength lies in providing insightful and educational quarterly reviews to families, helping clients establish goals and reporting comprehensive investment results. He works closely with each family to ensure that all family members have a complete understanding of their Purposeful Investment strategy.

Tim’s Midwest values shine through in everything he does. As a native of Cedar Rapids, IA, Tim is always happy to spend quality time with his wife, three children and seven grandchildren.
